Determines whether the given value can be converted to the specified type using the default converter.

Syntax

value: Type: SystemObject
The value to test.
culture (Optional): Type: System.GlobalizationCultureInfo
The culture to use. If not given or null, the DefaultCulture is used.

Type: Boolean
true if value can be converted to T; otherwise, false.
